If not, what is your target? Seems like you entered @ .4338 if I remember correctly? Way back Aug. 3, right? So, lets see, you bail at 1.6 maybe? Score: 1600+ pips in 3, 4...6 months? I can scalp that much in a month with a few hours a day of screen time... but after reading PC's excellent posts I am open as I ever have been to a pardigm shift.

August 2nd to be exact but you got the entry spot on.

I'm looking at 1.50 at the bare minimum.

If you can scalp that in a few hours of screen time, all the power to you. Some are good at scalping and some aren't and I...well, suck at scalping.

It's also the first time that I entered a trade on such large time frame. That has to be kept in mind. But considering how long the last few trends were, it would be longer than 3 or 6 months. But only time will tell. And I always reserve myself the right to exit my trade at any time.

I am and always have been in the numbers business one way or another. A good memory comes in handy here, I think...hope so anyway.

But are you buying dips? And, where would you get out? Just mho but I would have to be on the long bus long term if I had to ride. But, of course, a scalper doesn't care...

Yes I buy on dips. For now anyways.

I'd get out at 4400.

Scalper doesn't care. But scalping for me is just a headache. I'm not going into the whole "scalpers shouldn't scalp" or anything like that. Some can, some can't. Just not my thing.

I absolutely agree. If I am sitting in front of a computer 20 hrs a week 5 years from now, fck it, I better be pullin in some serious coin, that's all I gotta say. But for now, its a way to quickly build up some account equity. Position trading is not for the undercapitalized...

H1 DIBS gives low risk high reward potential. Look at the G/J long from this morning Tokyo open as an example. The idea is to put you in free trade state, you haven't grasped this yet. You are still of the idea of some sort of "paycheck" coming in, try not to think of it like this, imagine free trades to be like "assets" you want to build up assets all over the price curve so you can lighten thousand pip positions from a year ago whenever you like (as an example).

Current IB finishing on E/U in 5 minutes, if you take this trade using the standard method risk will be < 20 pips including spread.

I'll take that as encouragement & I appreciate it. Ima keep doing what I do while it pays well but I am ready to move up in the grade skool curriculum and maximization of profitability is the next lesson I am working on.
