Many. Not everyone trades with $2,000 account.

I wonder if brokers also told him where they want the revised tls to be while disclosing their intentions of stop loss hunting, so that they could hunt wider stop losses.

Are we in the early stages of a right shoulder formation on the 4H? This pair needs to stay well above 1.472 on my charts to keep me on the Bull side. Right now I'm on the sidelines. Good trading all.

I don't know but this pair has changed, imho. Price action now is punctated by more frequent break-outs and they are often very large and completely unpredictable. I have been trying to learn where to hunt for break-outs because that is some of the meatiest action you can snag. I usually look for break-outs and reversals around the Frankfurt and London opens. I also usually check around the end of the Tokyo lunch break, which is a time that also coincides with Dubai/Moscow opens. But we just had a 40-pip spike right in the middle of the suhi break, a time that is typically slow. Its nice work if you can get it, but dammit I need this shit to work on my schedule...

Some guy warning where brokers would take the price to hunt stop losses in this international market of trillions of dollars and not all brokers holding same postions net of ceding to banks.

tls is typ for SLs, you may like to read it as Total Loss Stops.

I always wondered...

how do we know for sure that forex really is a market where money fluctuations push the price up or down? How do we know it's not just some fancy program that does whatever the controller wants it to do? I don't believe this to be the case, but how could we know for sure??

Just a guess, but it looks like it is struggling to complete the H&S pattern on the H4. I'm just not sure it's going to be able to achieve the momentum. Open of the European session should greatly clarify things.....

If it makes you feel any better, the little guy contributes quite a bit (in aggregate). That is - if you allow your stops to get run, adding to the momentum against you! LOL

Go make your homework and maybe one day you are mature enough to post a single trade that grow in YOUR mind, but will be a loser I guess.

He/she doesn't exist.

There is no one individual in the world that trades this market and can move this market.

Could Buffet or Gates do it... yep... however.... they aren't currency traders.

2+2, I don't know about others, but when started trading compared pip by pip feed from brokers in different parts of the world plus prices on media and also correlation among commodities, equities, etc.

There is distortion at times, but negligible and in normal course of business where order flow is abrupt and different brokers may get orders in two diffierent directions at the same time.

But the most comforting reason is when it comes to money, not many people can remain in agrement on one same thing for longer time period. Greed will lead to deception and deception to disputes and no harmony. A collusion is simply not possible, it is against human nature.

I just talked to the market and he said if he did not get that fuckin H&S completed then dammit he was just gonna take his $2-3 trillion & go home.

btw, you should check out Darkstar's sticky on the structure of the forex market.

Retail forex is maybe 2% of the whole pie. You do not really participate - your broker does. You are just a flea in your broker's flea circus.
