MT4 and Tick charts? without Indi's ..is it possible?

To all uber chartists...

Have you plotted or tried to chart tick charts on Mt4
without any Indicator or script?
I never saw this before (i know some indi's r out there but they usually dont plot like this...and it without any indi!)

An offline chart in mt4 with ticks dating back to 1999! wth!

Ticks data are not stored/recorded in history, so it's not possible to get the old ticks.

May be he runs that indi since 1999 and save them in a file(creating his own history file) it's gonna be one hell of a big file

It's not possible in real-time without indicators, but you could download tick data from Gain and import it into MT4 (actually reformat it to hst format). I've posted indicators that will collect tick data and write it to hst. I prefer to just use Ninja Trader.

See i never used any sort of indi for that tick data.
Further there is no such Big file of tick data in HST files.except d only 1min big file.

This Tick data lists in my offline charts with a Symbol "G"
Yes this mt4 is on my server! and i was trying to check the data offered by mt4 itself from history when i noticed this...its pretty intriguing !

Not really I'm afraid.
The charts are offline *.fxt history files in fact that are produced by the tester for 'every tick' testing mode.

oh yes.. i got the reason... ! its the fxt offline file created while backtesting ...randomly i think. Thanks for Confirming irtron

Where did you find the EA or script to obtain this chart?

We can find on forum many instruments to obtain a candle of "x" Sticks however your presentation is much more interesting, a kind of "x ray" to analyze what is happening in term of stick in a candle of "x" PIPs.

Thats not a real price chart.
Thats a FXT file (with random ticks) generated by MT4 while preparing testing data in every tick mode.
The charts are offline in nature.
