Watch the 4H TF. That's why I think E/U will go down.

Hey Gator, hey all. Been back from a really nice vacation. Nice to see some of the old guys here.

Regarding the swine flu: BS. The vaccine is already on the way. This is just media intoxication to give good motives why government "friends" should receive hundreds of millions of dollars from pubic money.

there are tankers all over the world full of oil with no where to go.. the distance between 40pb and 147pb $ oil last time. this time 75 is much closer to 40 and some mometem would get us there quick since 40 is still fresh on our minds..im not saying this will happen its unlikely .. im saying it could. along with usd crosses.. but oil demand is down..along with anything else u.s. consumes..

Thanks, also take a look at the GU on the 4hr. There's a really well formed massive H&S thats just hanging off the right shoulder at the moment. If that one falls off the table should be large.

i hear ya... but the vaccine is not here yet.. and the swine flu is.. austraila is playing with it now..the bad thing about this flu is it kills healthy people as well as the weak..then if it mutates vaccine could be worthless..nature has a way of controlling populations..

I don't really trust H&S patterns, but the G/U 4H TF really is bearish. Euro can't resist them all I guess...

Gator, being away for some time gave me the opportunity to clear my mind and see thing from a much distant perspective:

Right now, EZ shows way better signs of recovery and economic advancement than US. And this will for sure affect E/U in the long run. I'm actually expecting 1.5 after vacations are over. As for the OIL, I was getting it wrong. It's not how much demand there is, it's what the oil sellers are keeping their money into: USD or EUR? My personal belief is they keep EUR. So, as EUR goes higher, OIL price in USD goes higher also, without increasing the oil demand. It's enough that EZ has enough demand for OIL to keep the oil price connected to EUR.

I kinda disagree ... mainly because even the booming economies of middle east (like where i stay- Dubai). have openly admitted the need for Oil to be at 75$.
Even Iran.
So i am pretty sure the minute we start going south.. they will cut output...
they need the money big time to fund the mirage they created here.

Nopes See the reply I gave Gator. I'm actually pretty convinces that after the summer is over EUR will keep on marching. Pretty unsofisticated reasons: EZ economy vs US economy.

Where I am, swine flu is just soappy TV news. At most 50 people, all of which came back from problematic countries.
