Yes. It works but keeps me in trades for too long.. 1 hour TF keeps you in the main trend. Perhaps 3-4 good trades a week. 4 hour TF about 1 trade a week. But they all capture the main trend of the particular time period. I'll start to take advantage of them once my account size justifies it.

As far as the rest of your post about newer highs and so on... I absolutely agree. The analysis I've posted from last weekend and elsewhere this week is still on track and unchanged except for some details, and that's what i'm trading tfn... no sense in repeating it again.

At last my shorts worked , all builded above 1.42 close at 1.4170 & few just below it keeping to see what happen .just double profit with little tension though .Hope it will eventually break through 1.4170 level.

sounds like a plan.. i do longer trades with less position using another account.. that may be something to consider..

It was broken right before CAD news came out. Subsequently drove the price back up. It was a classic triangle break and then a test of the back side. That is one way to look at it.

I was posting mostly in Auslanco's thread for GJ but it's some time I've become interested to scalp EU coz my broker has just reduced spread for this pair to 2 from 3 .. considering high volatility with EU these days I'm doing good playing with this pair growing my account %5 to %7 daily.

If so then you can begin to utilize the leverage to increase your percental gains. I am very unfortunate bcs i trade euro futures only and the leverage is somewhat different there, you professional traders are blessed with your leverage.

My current chart and current open position. Everything I see tells me we are going down, and quite possibly that we are going down in a BIG way.

However, I'm a bit skeptical since we didn't make it quite as high as I thought this bull run would take us.

So, I'm going to play this as a reversal point, with the expectation that we are about to drop hard. But with the understanding that we could see one last run up to blowout some stops before the huge drop begins.

i put my short order at 1.4190..hopefully it will go again there.
my stop loss is 1.4220
and take profit at 1.4130...

This thing is following the Forex 101 manual here with a nice classic UTL break and test, then continuation. As I said, by the book and may be the beginning of a nice little trend down.
