We actually have what you are looking for already built into the TTO window in the MBT Navigator. I'm attaching a screen shot below for you.
To place the order you are looking for you, your trade must have already been triggered. Once the trade is active, you can select TTO by changing your template or in the drop down list of order types.
Once the TTO window is up, if you are short you'll select 'cover' and you'll have the option to add a 'Trailing Offset'.
In my example attached, I was short EUR/USD -200k at 1.3055....Ignored

DislikedBe careful using MBT's market stops, they don't guarantee it although they claim they do! I saw it went through in live account, losing confidence. I will do a follow up only if there is any improvement or official reply.Ignored
