1.3450(ish) is the daily Pivot Level. Price bounced around it a few times which would give me an indication of a Strong S/R, bulls should be able to run with the ball now.

I'm looking for Price to break the 1.3460 Mid-Level Pivot before placing any BUY orders. If that level is broken, I'll be looking for a target of 1.3490 (Mid-Level Pivot).

here is how i see todays scenario playing out using candlesticks...stops being valid when one of those S/R areas gets broken decisively before the necessary steps are completed. Reload short as mentioned in previous post.

On the 5 Min chart, price strayed outside its downwards channel. So now price seems to be "stuck" between the outside channel and pivot level. Best bet for me, to stayout until price make up its mind on which direction to take.

i sort of see some dollar strength coming
dollar index bouncing off daily bullish trendline
usd/cad bouncing off same bullish trendline
dow futures could be possibly bouncing off upper terndline

the stock market is ridiculous. if you take a look at the dow....it gapped up compared to the previous day for the last 2 weeks or so (with a few exceptions). now that it gaps down the question becomes...will that gap get filled so a "regular" trend down begins. i would hate to be an equities trader right now

those "gaps" are created by the futures market activity
futures are 24/7 and therefore the difference between futures and cash "spot" markets result in those gaps

With the collapse of some of those eastern Europe currencies, and considering all the "Debt" exposure to both European and other banking nations, I see this attempt to switch to Euro as basically yet another payoff to banks. All the moneybeing put in the IMF is basically laundered currency that is simply going right back in the corporate pockets.

Currency moves these days hold little real value. Anything can happen.

Next target - 1.3387, 1.3371, 1.3333

I will do nothing for now.

I will wait if goes to see 1.3600 Touch.

yeah...my methods are highly controversial i think..lol. Always trying to pick tops and bottoms...takes alot of guts. I didnt even see any strong resistance in that area other then 1.3585 historically...thats why I asked driver why he saw 1.3595/605 as Resistance area. He never replied so I decided...since I was pretty sure in myself that we are indeed developing an h&s I will look for the area where PA consolidates most at the high...however this has to be done in a curved shape to form the "tip" like on those contraceptives. Using the line chart at that time proved useful and soon as the consolidation area at the high looked ready to break to the downside..there went my entry.


Now im curious if we go lower now before any retracement to higher levels...if we go much lower then 1.3400 (taking those friday spikes down into consideration)...throws my H&S out the window and will have to look for other reasons for entry.

even that idea might seem like a sin right now, that is the future of east-european countries, this move maybe only accelerated by some years, yes it will damage the eur in short term, but in the long term view ...
and after this kind of crisis/deflation/correction east/european countries grow in average more than west/europe which is only of benefit for the entire EZ.

we just bounced off 3398 it was the next on my list.. still below 3417/22 area... so todays trend thus far is lower.if trend continues.. next 3365 15 3300 3288........
