200 sma will be an interesting point to watch in daily. As The last time it did this bullish movement . it stoped at 200 ema and crashed. We could form a head and shoulder.

The HS to which I was refering is the one w/ the left shoulder at about 3071 and head at about 3155. Then we had the HUGE spike before creating what would have been the right shoulder.

There is certainly a much better case that can be made for your HS coming to fruition.

Reading PA on the M1 is KEY, buying after the turn when there is enough strength in the market to make it worth while, using the 5sma for this.

Only trade the direction of the day aswell, ie Long currently on pull backs, higher odds of your trading getting into a profitable situation.

between 1.3746 and 1.3750 round number would be a nice target..... there is a fib and the round number... and then it could retrace down... be careful on fridays.

my honest opinion....monthly charts are too hard to interpret these days. we are in the most volatile markets ever recorded ( I think) so any interpretation could be right..could be wrong. When pa moves 500pips + in one day and sometimes 500the next day in the opposite direction...fundamentals as bad as they are and could turn for the good or get even worse at the drop of a hat (which is why jay always says "hold on to your f*ing hat")....i dont think much of the monthly. Good odds it'll be profit taken back to high 3500's by the close of tomorow.

But it's more about the Journey, ie IF shorted here, will it stop you out before it gets there, never easy!!

PA on GBPUSD is very selly ( shorted already ) looks like worth holding for 100pips of down, EUR should follow suite.

thanks good advise. the reason I asked is I'm using a 5sma to determine entries.

we blew through them so being in the unknown ill refer to the daily pp we are above it now..and normally a big move does retrace some. another thought weaker dollar makes u.s. less likely to afford imports from europe.. so that will put some pressure on europe to lower rates.. all this has to be digested and that takes time.. on the other hand cheap money may make americans buy..so take these moves with a grain of salt till dust settles..one thing for sure at least i think... u.s. cant lower rates anymore... europe can... about the only thing u.s. has left to do is buy all citizens a house 40 acs and a mule...(aSS) and i dont think thats gonna happen.. ez needs to sell beamers... so stay tune..
