Even though it passed, all the repubicans in the house all voted against it, which means they will filibuster it in the senate. The bill will not pass in its current form if it at all.

It was approved by the House of Representatives. It still must be approved by the Senate and that will be tomorrow or Friday.

127.00 area is a brick wall of support, if there's no penetration after this try the shorts are coming off the table.

Sounds about right. Something usually breaks when I pull my shorts down. And it has a lot to do with something(or someone) else resisting penetration.

As of right now ... 127.10 there is the 4 hour Gann, the 4 hour 50SMA, the 1 hour SMA.... ALL acting as support lol......

GBP is prolly influenced by Trichet once again jawboning his home currency. The little guy most likely has a secret agenda to go on another overseas holiday and needs to exchange his EUR at a relatively high rate.
Remember when 2 weeks before he went on his Xmas - New Year holiday he came out with his diatribe about:

"The Euro zone is strong"
"The fundamentals in the region are solid"
"We don't need to cut interest rates"
"The hundreds of billions of Euro's we've put into the market will start to take effect shortly"
"Deflation is not a word"

back then the EU shot up from 1.3 to 1.44 in 5 days.

gm everyone, downside looking pretty to me today. just woke up and see the first initial downmove kickin in too gear maybe retest of 1.28-1.2850 well thats what im hoping for to start getting short if its looking right...

consolidation before a further fall. the one good thing with so much confluence is that once we make it through there isn't much in the way of resistance on the way down

The GJ 4H chart is getting interesting. A test of the Gann and the 50 EMA.

It may going back to S3=123.94 if fall 124.30...
If not it will play around between 125.53 - 129.39

Today is just trapping in bearish as D1/H4 all above HILO.....

Just wait for tonight news for further confirmation....

Anyway am trying to recover back after my interbank account was blow last week...

Any other opinion...
