I covered that scalp at 574... I am looking to short some more to add to my long term position... I have no idea how some of you see euro strengthening, more like stop fishing...

why do you not think the euro will not strengthen any further? and to what rate do you suggest it will not get stronger to?

It is due to experience...I have been staring at these charts for nearly 5 years... after that you cant help but notice things. I would rather not predict a top or a bottom, as I stated before I will be looking for a proper price action in order to get in, perhaps more than one level will suffice as entry.

excuse my tone of voice. i did no means to question your intellect. im just playing devils advocate. perhaps, i am actually very inspired by this post and many experience traders, yourself as one, here. All have been very helpful.
I am just curious and quite like to ask questions frequently.
Do you think it will continue its trend tonight if not tomrrow?

Looks like we're in a pretty nice (ideal) trading range, if one is a short term trader that is. Suspect when the Brits wake up, this trading range will have been rendered obsolete --

We haven't made a new low for 8 hours so yah its been strengthening..

its all a matter of timeframe.. 5M has been bullish..

upper timeframes bearish unless you go to monthly then were just in a retrace possibly.. heh.. The way has been down since mid December again though..

In other words a scalper might be looking for longs.. I'm personally only looking for another good short entry at the moment.

I was by no means offended by your post, I am still short biased as of right now... have not finished my analysis for the day yet, will know for sure as to what direction I am likely to take within an hour or so.

As far as I am concerned we have not made a new high either, so I still do not understand how the euro is strengthening.

this coiling is just like the one above. I guess at 2-3:00am est we are looking at 100-150 down. Just going from above. Hopefully tomorrow does exactly the same. Which it wont...

I guess we will see tomorrow. I am 100 percent sure that we will know what happened with the price overnight tomorrow

On top of all THAT, I got so fat from from all the holiday cheesecake and Keylime pie i can't get close enuff to the puter now from my chair. I finally managed to balance the laptop on my gut but when i try to hit a key, my fingers got so fat I wind up sellin when i want to buy, buyin when i want to sell, and trading 12 lots instead of 1.

It's a challenge man...

Anyway, I'm happy about your cat, but did anybody ask her how she feels about it? I probably would've named it Jaywalker. And me? I got a new boat.

Oh yeah, I'm short but that's probably not news...

Well actually no.

We are stuck in a trading range for 12 or so hours now. That means, short term, neither strength or weakness. But before the range it dropped 300 pips so that means to me no real strength so down we should go further.

I'll let the chart tell me, not my opinion or anyone else's. The market's opinion is the only one that really matters.
