what an insane market could see the Ym rejection happening off the top and took 100 pip profit on my long , placed sell stop order 170 and got filled on way down ...just took half off and moved stop 168 other half.....

why did you go short ?
actually i've been looking at 15m chart and found that during the selloff parties each time price tries to go up it will only retrace 50 - 61.8 (on 15m chart) and then it'll go down .. dude im sooo newbie so im not sure if this is coincidence or not, but worked for me several times on different pairs.

edit: beside there were no signs of reversal except the pattern you mentioned.
I recommend you read something else as this sentence is now concluded.

you are right .. reatrcement only go to 50 or 61.8% ... it seems to work most of the time

50 min left (for broker fxpro) to form a lower wick.

if not....

I like to see a drop beginning sidney and then a fast move up, to form a daily hammer tommorrow.

i think temporary bottom might be in place shortly.
good place to go long scalp if the last low doesn't break.

reasons

1) ym testing high of day and may get rejection
2) if 170 is broken to downside it is beacuse sellers are stepping into YM .. seems gj moves better with ym to downside than upside

hey how comes Karmo gets all the medals all the time ...... I even gave reason why this was going to fail .... aka YM top failure , which it did .....
and now long 167 for a 100 pips retrace.....stopping candle on 5 min

Not to be greedy, closed all shorts (3 orders) @ 167.14 net avg + pips 246 on GJ, closed my 1 short on GU 1.6690 +250pips..

Not bad for 1 hours chart time or there abouts.. If only everyday could be so easy.

I'll be looking to go short around 168.3 or 168.5
