I wonder what is next.....the US knows very well that if they fail to compromise the bailout deal.....the whole world is going to suffer.....somehow I think the US is trying to punish China as China is one of the biggest Investor in US property.....but does it have to go this far.....?

Interesting way to look at it. I don't think that is what's going on though. I think simply congress got caught with their hands in the cookie jar and the result is the necessity for massive bailouts in the hopes that the Am public will continue to vote them in. This bailout will have the effect of causing greater problems in the future for us while if it was simply left alone at this time, bad dept would be cleaned from the system and a new cycle of prosperity would ensue. The big reason both parties are actually (and unusually) in agreement on the bailout is because it's an election year and neither party wants to take responsibility to do the Right thing which would be to leave it alone; instead they're not going to leave it alone which is going to cause all kinds of havoc on the next administration in the next 18 to 24 months. I think the China thing is simply a symptom of a deeper problem regarding the credit crisis. Either way, it's not good for either America or the rest of the world.

Thank you for taking your time to answer me.....what about people who are about to retire....are they still going to have their retirement fund for life....this is really sad as people or CEO's who were behind the desk left with millions, and theres no way to bring them to justice.....but how can this happen to the US....

Yes. As long as they don't panic and remove their fund positions, those positions will return to previous levels and beyond. People that have already retired should have move those funds into less volital securities like short term CD's, cash, gold etc.

Not only no justice for the CEO's but those same people are being asked to manage the current crisis! This is really stupid.

Note that I have taken a heavy loss on my NZD long trades of more than 5000 pips........All NZD long trades closed @ 6162
