61.8 on this last downward move is exactly 1.5750...

Interesting times... If we hit around 840 today, but not higher, I'll be thinking of shorting on monday I think. It's either the downtrend channel holds or up we go and then it's first or second fib (513, 53). So either way there could be an opportunity to catch the big run..

keep an eye on gustav over the weekend...who knows how it will impact the dollar once it hits the gulf

oolides im 55% sure your short is safe

i suggest you watch 1.4710 carefully if its reached, fibs have been good today and thats 61.8% of this last uptrend

Well, I got about every 100 ema/sma from 1h to 5m passing at 720-735 and daily pivot is 729 and oil seems to be rising in a channel. So... just sounded like a good idea.

again huge battle at the current 61.8..jeez

edit: this battle feels like last night, only its a fib battle and the range is smaller

edit: looks like another trendline has developed downwards until the end of earliers upwards channel bottom line which is 1.4730/35...i guess that may take a while and could be the deciding move for tonight...bounce..break...could be the only move on this slow slow day..bah
