Looks like GU dropping, so long will not trigger......US interest rate today....talk of possible increase may cause $ to strengthen but I am trying to trade according to DIBS. Line in sand indicated a long.....so, for the moment nothing lost, nothing gained.

An inside bar is a bar which is completely within the range of the preceding bar, However i have seen in examples here either high or low can be equal to the preceding high or low. As long as it is contained within, it should be okay. Remember an inside bar is the trigger, the setup is to establish direction first using the opening line in the sand.

Will definately post my trades which will be now on the Dibs method.

I think according to the rules the market has not opened yet.

Please correct me if i am wrong.

We use the Open of the day at 0100 EST. Again take your time and read Peter's post and this thread in its entirety. Many of your questions will be answered.

Admire your patience my man, this seems to be an everyday occurence, but now we're gone from the time conundurum to the very basics of what an inside bar is...??? Talking about taking 3 steps back, dont get me wrong, if your new to this thread and i understand you may have a few questions, but at least have the decency to actually read the first post (WITH ALL ANSWERS PROVIDED) this is really basic stuff...!!!

Anybody prefer to trade off GMT 5.00 since to me earlier hours tend to whipsaw due to the low volume? Or it is just me?
