i don think we are seeing 209 guys. SP500 down almost 5 points and if the housing news comes out bad we aare going down

yen strenghten wihout bother usd effect....

it strenghten by themself...coz of AGRRRESIVE YEN BUYING BY INVESTOR!

one of the sign is......home sale probbly fall...

n.... stocks in asia,euro, n index us future fall...

thats my idea...anyone?

I think I need to learn more patience. If I'd held on for a little longer I could've dumped those Shorts at 204.73 instead of 205.40....Never mind. It seems I'm always on the wrong side of the trade this week for the first few hours anyway (days LOL). Went long at 205.40 and this is underwater slightly at the moment...I've set a SL below 204.20 (below daily Gann which is at 204.29 on my chart)..Not sure if this is low enough as it seems we'll have a bearish day..FFS Who else is Long at the moment?

Going to leave shorts running, IMVHO we aren't going back up, which can only mean one thing

I guess a 20 point rise in the Dow is a recovery.
Lets do the math + 20 = 300 pips on G/Y.
So -400 would equal 6000 pips down on the G/Y.
Geez, wish I could be an analyst.....what a joke.

The recovery in the Dow has helped to strengthen all of the Japanese Yen crosses.
Economic data from Japan was mixed with the merchandise trade balance narrowing and the all industry activity index increasing. The rise in oil has boosted the country’s import bill but at the same time, it has yet to stifle the Japanese economy. As a major importer of oil, Japan is very vulnerable to the rise in crude, but the latest economic data suggests that higher energy prices have not had a material impact on the Yen. Their recovery is still fragile, which is why the IMF warned Japan against raising interest rates in the interest of preserving their expansion.

coz no single candlestick in 4H can close above 206, previous uptrend bottom

a daily close below 205 (if) makes geppy bearish for next week. I think.

so now I would look for shorting rallies (around 206ish with sL above 206.70)
or shorting a break (202.50)

if 202.5 holds, I may long it.

i have a friend working in Japan airlines, and their management was talking about filing bankruptcy if oil reaches 120 (back when we were in 105 area). good luck for them now that oil is at 135. i wonder if the Japanese economy is doing that "well".

i use moms to spot retracements not for directional purposes.
204.7x on the other hand is also 50ema daily. it was tough resistance all week and should be tough support.

I believe the G/U will move up to the recent high 1.98507, and if it breaks out above that price it can go up 200 orf 230 PIPs. The G/J is still undecided.
