it is based on this that i base my news trades.

i have come to a conclusion that the market knows d news before d news comes out. Price is news news is price.

the PA usually sets up in such a way that u can guess the direction of the news and trade the spike. i have been very succesful trading prenews trades by placing trades 5mins b4 news and closing trades less than 10trades after news

Interbank broker also has the same bullish sentiment. The day has started right at the 5-sma low, with the 14c sharply upturned. This indicates a limited downside and the day ending on a bullish note.

Daily momentums are just a general guideline and should not be traded on its own. As Malcolm suggests news could change things dramatically. But I am beginning to believe that most news is reflected in the general momentum. We will see how this plays out.

my charts are a little different, my 5sma low is at 203.88 below and very close to my 5sma close

Could you please explain how you came up with the 206.70? Also, my daily 5-sma low is at 204.60, how did you get 203.80?

Your explanation would be extremely helpful.
