The pattern is present on the 4H and the two last bars form a pinbar. The breakout could not hold to. This IMHO is a bearish signal. But I would wait till US opens.

USD doesn't have many friends at the moment, but Bear Stearns is particularly, well, bearish. Chief strategist Steve Barrow thinks a move to 1.50 in EUR/USD this year is conceivable. Notes bond flows to the US have dried up, and may take years to recover. Official intervention is highly unlikely, and seasonal factors could give EUR/USD an additional boost. Also, consensus is for EUR at $1.37 in one year, hinting that the market is badly positioned for further strength. EUR/USD now trading at 1.4366.

Cable is well strutured in a channel in the H4, based on the 20EMA.
