How disgusting is seeing this dreaded pair, whose nickname is CHUNNEL, trading exactly as a trending pair should....
And no, I didn't take this long 6946 (23% fib) because I CHICKENED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All majors broke out from their corrective pattern. That means USD has broken out of its corrective period.
When that happened like 6 months ago, we could expect 600-800 pips from cable
IMHO, correction is just getting into its second stage, current rally in EUR and Cable is giving another opportunity for bears to short. Just look at previous corrections of EUR and Cable: from Dec-Jan 2006 and July 2007. First the price goes down for couple of hundred pips, then it comes back near previous top but never takes it out, and then WHAM tumbles sharply. In my opinion current EUR levels are very very juicy to short. And that's just an opinion. If EUR takes 4280-4300 area, I will be very surprised and forced to re-think my views.
