If there is a support line that forms after the first (possible) shoulder, then you can anticipate a head and then a second shoulder will be created.

So are we about to break out of one now (on the 15 min)? Sure it's only mini-me but you're the expert. Target should be min 30 pips from the NL - just enough to take your stop!

Short term support is around 236.93 (The "neckline" I mentioned earlier). I may need to sell at that point ;-)

Anyway, just looking at longer term charts across the board, I can see lots of bearish patterns emerging that are quite ripe - so beware and stand guard - especially if you are long!

This short probably has more to do with time than price. I will close at bed time

Seriously though, ideal TP is 221 (yep, that's 1600 pips away) but if you want something closer to home, try 237.00 or 236.8.

Little bit of news from Aus's side of the world. Looks like Australia is going to have to import wheat for only the second time in its history. Of course, since there is a global deficit of grains, that means the price will be bid up (even more) and this wheat will be taken from the mouths of poorer world citizens.

PV 237.62
S1 237.52
S2 237.42
S3 237.32

I have what is probably a silly question (hopefully not), and maybe Karmo as the fib man, you could answer it. I've noticed that the market retraces after London close. It almost always traces at least 23.6%. You have said that this pair likes 50%. What I'm wondering is there some way to "know" or "predict" how far it will retrace? Thanks.
