Several things can happen: it might be slightly rejected only to break through it later and continue the trend; there could be two or three retests followed by a consolidation of the reversal; or there could be multiple retests before finally breaking out and continuing the trend.
In any case, even if there is a slight rejection, achieving BE+1 is almost guaranteed. The key lies in not forcing the levels. Personally, I would never trade more than two, or at most three, rejections. Although two is my standard range for trading that specific level, unless a structure forms around it with a new supply and demand zone that indicates the strength of that level.
It is a profitable way to trade because with a 30-pip SL, opening 5 positions on each entry, taking profits at 11.2 - 20 pips, and leaving one or two runners, that runner position achieves extremely high R:R ratios, allowing you to be profitable even with a lower win rate percentage. Learning to master the management around these levels results in a very high win rate, which, combined with a large R:R, makes this type of management highly profitable.
