That's okay as long as you understand the reason you set BreakevenAFterpips to a higher number (such as 15) than the +10 within the code is to allow for a small reversal. Coding the setup as you suggest removes that margin for reversal and closes the trade sooner, possibly preventing the move to TP.

Sorry to get off the subject but I like the way you guys handle and tweek with EA settings. I have been tweekeing with this EA. Could you take a look at my posting # 29 in this thread:
Small profit for many trades, but profit is increase. Allowed EA to run overnight, Buy-sell 66/34, exit on angle, exit on cross, no rsi exit, SL 75. I think the EA will consistently perform better in September.

Quite frankly, and in all love, if you can't understand the settings posted by brainjt YESTERDAY, then perhaps what we're doing is too advanced for you as a newbie or perhaps you are simply in the wrong business. I recommend you start with the basics in the newbie forums before trying to follow this thread.

Results okay; guess we're spoiled by seeing 90-100% winners!!! Am convinced when everyone returns from vacation in September, this EA should produce greater consistency.
TP same for all pairs, but two things: (1) some pairs I manually stopped; and (2) something in EA adjusts profits around 2, 3 pips; haven't quite determined what causes it.

On Friday, around 16:00 CET (10:00 am est), FOMC Chairman Bernanke will speak in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. While it may sound like a hole-in-the-wall, Jackson Hole masquerades as a rather toney US resort, particularly during ski season. Financial markets around the world eagerly await Mr. Bernanke's words of wisdom tomorrow. So I would recommend pausing the EA for Mr. Bernanke's comments which should, at the very least, address the impact of near-prime mortgage defaults on banking, credit and the US economy.
