Yes it checks out, they have filed a registration statement. It is not a direct spot Bitcoin ETF that holds actual Bitcoin. Instead, it provides exposure to Bitcoin's price (primarily via shares of existing spot Bitcoin ETFs/ETPs) while generating income through a covered call/options strategy (selling call options on Bitcoin-related products for premium income). The fund aims for at least 80% allocation to Bitcoin-exposure instruments. about a 75 day process of application still to go.

WTI is lower, but diesel is just under 6$ bucks here. up about 2$ since war started.

Theres been some comment on pricing down because demand is down, people/countries having to cut back. Reuters report 20 ships went through in the last 24 hours .

Right, higher prices drive down demand about 2% in industry even though high demand for solar etc.
It doesn't seem signifficant to me. Silver is a small market. Many people flee to silver as a safe haven may be a larger market mover.

Price goes up → industrial demand barely drops.
Market is small → investment flows move price more than fundamentals short term.

Just my opinion.

The damage at the port, refineries, storage, etc. Will take more than a few months to fix. Its already been 6 weeks. It would likely take 6 plus weeks to get oil back online. That's a long time. I think some reserves will be out by that time. State TV Fox says 130 tankers are headed to the USA. The USA cant fill 130 tankers in 6 weeks. There isn't the infostructure to do that with speed. And if it could be done the price of fuel in the USA would likely be North of 10$ a gallon. They changed that law back in DT'S first term to allow usa oil exports. It wasn't allowed for almost 50 years before that. I think the pitcforks will come out if that happens. Plus at the same time emptying the strategic reserves. Only a Putin plant could do this. Imagine how much fuel the U.S. government buys. That's many billions added too. We could start rationing in the USA while letting fuel go to other countries. Maybe some tar and feather. The police at the capitol may let them in next time the people hit the streets.

All prices on whatever vehicle you are trading could be a resistance or a support in the future. On most or all usd crosses in forex, oil gold, silver or whatever. Monitor last hours close. I'm not saying its rigid yet. But it may be when a direction is chosen. The USD at face value is weak. Monitor at this point (last hour) if the weakness continues or turns around to strength. Every vehicle has its own timing to change or continue. It may not all happen in the same moment. Minutes, days, weeks maybe a week can be the timing. The market can stall here days in the process of the decision. Near last hours close. Maybe one adr to breath.

I didn't look at all of them. The ones I looked at so far are usd negative (likely commodities and bitcoin too as long as on the weak side of that close) The aud looks strong verses the usd, yen and cad.
