Quick D1 Outlook

According to my crucial level at ~1.1573 I am thinking out loud : If today's candle closes above 1.1573, bears will have a problem tomorrow because that level might turn back into support as it was before this week's gappy opening...

Therefore, I want to see where current D1 candle will close tonight.. It matters!

Anyone wondering what has pushed the price up, well trump announced that the war with iran might be ending soon, and now he’s just said that they might take over the strait of hormuz.

we’ve always got to account that his words move the markets drastically, but this time I am happy because I saw some of you were longing so your tps got hit

Regardless of the recent news, I think Ata read the market well when he said to switch sides if 1.158 doesn’t hold. IMHO either the market is tricking us, or — what I find more likely — we’ve found somewhat of a bottom.
Either way, as long as nothing drastic happens tonight, I’ll look for longs tomorrow. Still somewhat sad that the SL of my long-term long at 1.1535 got hit today. Fresh new start tomorrow.

Vielen Dank lieber Nachbar [...weil Ich nebenan, in Niedersachsen (oder technisch eigentlich in Bremen/Bremerhaven) aufgewachsen bin.. aber Ich bevorzuge es uns immerhin noch als Nachbarn anzunehmen. Klingt besser! ]

Und keine Sorge, Deutsche haben wir hier in aller Menge... Deutsche sind ja überall in der Welt zu finden, nicht nur in Mallorca

Yeah man it's life, can't win it all, the best and only thing you can do is reset tomorrow and not start with the prejudice of the previous day. Thankfully the markets always offer opportunities, one wave will drown you, one will bring you to a treasure...

Hmm, it's never a good idea to get opinions from strangers. But EURUSD looks in shortterm pretty bullish to me. I think we could reach 1.175 this week. But that's just my opinion. There are definitely people here who see it differently, and besides, things could turn out completely differently, who knows? It's always best to be prepared for anything and then have a plan B, when plan A dont play out.

Furthermore, the question arises as to how long you've held these positions. If you're only trading short-term, I'd say caution is advised! If you've held them for several days and you are waiting for a W1 correction/trend reversal, I'd be inclined to say you should hold onto them. Anyway...that is only my opinion...good luck!

Quick analysis on h1 (about to sleep):
Strong rejection on the 1.158 area, which grabbed liquidity at 1.154.
Since then, fueled by trump’s speech, price has been on a big bull run, and it has actually closed well above 1.162 which was supposed to resist, in a bearish trend, so I now switch my plan to bullish.
The bull run however, has to, at the very least retrace down before allowing for an entry (for me), so I will watch tomorrow if I won’t be outside whether or not it gets retraced.
Overall perfect day from my side, new potential implementation discovered for my strategy, which will however require backtesting before concluding anything.

The US dollar index weakened yesterday. The DXY fell from a high of 99.69 to around 98.734. Visually, the DXY's strengthening is still held below the 100 level, which some analysts believe indicates the USD remains under pressure. The EURUSD pair is currently undergoing a downward correction, with the RSI at 62.
