Sellers fully dominated 5000 again and the chart adjusted. This hour is the London close hour, so if there’s any long from Asia Low, it needs to show up now.

This is extreme overbought from our Chinese, gonna be another big correction soon
As shanghai stock so much metal recently, most of it for retail trade, this could be a huge overbought correction soon
This could be a brutal year for metal trading

Let's resume a bit the day...
I am still in drawdown with my bullets, not a big deal but don't close it.
Here is why... 1st untill the open fractal close of the new day the pattern is still active and tipical they spike there, nothing granted but obvious i expect see a run up.
Basically we are in a range despite we end bearish. Fractal opening narrow was the first clue it shouldn't be a strong monday, despite gap confirming bearish and here was expected more down momentum, the question is why not? 4935 / 4879 extended.
Is one of many reasons for today don't trade it normally as soon i saw that narrow open and after that not having continuation.
It was giving me pattern divergence and when this happen it can go both sides and Monday is not a good day to fight....
I will edge however the positions if we take the low of the day, is not hard to know why... Daily insisde bar...
Don't get me wrong my mean strategy is a buy but i keep seeing the two sides of the market as possible. More bearish is a fact, but open gap up today can make me change this perspective.
We are indeed in a limbo, so i advise proper risk management this week, don't be greedy...

Yeah, I’m outta trading gold & metals for the rest of February 2026. I’ve lost half of the profits I made in January to this consolidation range so far and I don’t think I can spare any more donations to SL hunters.

I’m just gonna stick to currency pairs that don’t have USD atm, cos pair trading the dollar is untrustworthy. The data is so mixed, I don’t even understand what the sentiment is

One release is negative for the dollar yet it strengthens then another is positive for the dollar then it weakens. Yen is apparently meant to be weak but stable with the last lower house victory for the prime minister, meanwhile the currency is blitzing other pairs

Yeah, I need so stablility & trends to trade this crazy market. I’m not a scalper so I lose money each time I try to follow the market intraday. Eventually gold will break & hold $5100 then I’ll rejoin yall in trading metals

I definitely don't hedge my bullets or sell without at least a 30m timeframe closing below 4973.235 (Ny macro range), but to trade normally today I need to see this 4H candle close for sure.
Even 15/30m is showing great indecision...

But this 1h candle closing below have a high probability to be average, think i gona close the bullets averaging this 1h candle closing below and not sell.

I am going to accept 1% loss to much bearish pressure and i feel does not stop here today lol
Just need one more close below 4977.213 and then i trade bearish normal position.
Not gonna wait for the close below Ny macro, i will use daily median resistance now...
Or wait for the average price to sell, think is better lol
Trading at this levels without 4h close can be tricky.
