53923 is a current support - it is a significant level.

However we have BOJ rate decision up in the calendar today.
Judging from previous experiences I'm guessing they'll announce their statement 2-3h into Tokyo trading.

So I'm going to be trading prior to that and most likely will be looking to call it a day before then - I hope to !

m1 chart is always a little trickier to analyze, but they are fractal patterns repeat regardless of the scope you're looking through imho.

I'm looking at a failure to push down for bears, on this particular part of m1 trend my support is 53998.

so my first position will be long.

once that trade runs for about 200p Tokyo official open trade will resume then a trap and a retrace followed by the last act - which I think is really the main play.

again I'm just trying to make sense to all of this - I can't help it !

but as always I gotta follow the steps, 1-2-3 you can't look too far ahead.

hey Piquant, how is Niikei doing. I once wanted to trade it but I’m based in London so I would have to do it at night. Where are you based? It’s pretty nice and dynamic index I guess I trade DAX. It’s a crazy rollercoasters these days

Nikkei is wild, runs for few hundreds of points up and down plenty to catch but given its volatility you have to be extremely cautious, I trade m1 chart I think for Nikkei its safer to trade the lowest TF than to trade higher TFs because of its volatility and chaotic nature. But you'd have to be based in Asia or Asia Pacific region like AUS or NZ to trade Nikkei. I'm in Mongolia falls into same timeline as Beijing maybe 2-3hours later than Tokyo.

I think I'm really good with just one good trade a day, hopefully with double position, an attack sequence if you will.

I've been feeling a little burnt out lately.
and I think some space between each trading day is going to do me good in the long run.

plus I know I need mental stamina training, think I've dealt with mental clarity as far as recognizing good trading opportunities.
but when you've been doing things wrong and getting confused for so many years, that years of trauma really set in into your psyche.

you rush to close good positions and during retrace or gap close doubt starts to creep in.

mental stamina is what I really need to work on, but burnt out doesn't really help with that it worsens the situation.

so I'm creating a boundary between trading and my personal life - where as for many years I had been consumed by charts and charts only.

think its time to step back.

however as always bulls are in fight ! I guess seems to be the constant theme around here everlasting battle between bulls and bears hence sometimes why confusion can arise.

in keeping up with the theme bulls just established a higher low 53264, so I'm keeping an eye on both sides see which side wins and join the party !
I mean a full confirmation is needed to finally pull the trigger.
