i have said many times before ......
70% of the time main culprits would be position over sizing and over trading. bad habits.
trading with main trend direction, without those 2 above, floating losses can be recovered quite easily most of the time.

Review both your bad trades and your good ones. Reverse-engineer them. Ask yourself what you did right, what you violated, and what market conditions were actually present at the time.
Note your observations in writing — patterns, emotions, timing, and market context.
Progress often comes not from adding more trades, but from removing repeated mistakes and standardising what already works. We all face this phase at some point. Use it as an opportunity to refine the process, rather than pushing harder.

If anyone is struggling with risk management or discipline, a prop firm challenge can be a useful alternative. The rules and constraints often force better execution, tighter risk control, and more consistency.... IMO.

Another win for london session, I have been having green days since after tuesday, I start looking for an area to look for an exit after 40pips. I increased my lot size too so I dont end up chasing more profit
