Stocks turned lower after investors took money out of financial and energy shares and bought bonds amid persistent credit concerns. Top of the hour pressure at 13,000. I wait for the late bulls by 15pm or call it a day with what I have atm.

i have a question since I do not follow the stock markets closely...

from what I read guys if Dow Jones fall below 13000, this should signal US dollar weakening right?
or am I mistaken...

No Lincoln. Stock market down is pushing dollar bonds and yen up. Risk aversion at its best.

Forget about any upside today unless Santa Claus exists and is able to push another $10bln in this market... Everybody is flocking at the short term treasurys today...

Yeah, feels like flooding this post with cursing words...

A broad calling for doomsday is popping in all threads here. When this happens, the safe place is out, the second best is trade the opposite.

I've seen this dow jones putting +100 after a -100 day in a normal day. 13,000 still holding has the power of calling buyers in later on.

Oh yes... I could be wrrrrroooooonnnnnnggg....

yeah.... i worry that the cable might go south until a major news change all of this.
Thinking of going short but its risky...

oooorrr will it continue downwards and break it towards up later on.
