Disliked{quote} I can also confirm that I can put a TP order in a loss operation. For me it allows me. I don’t know that having a demo account influences that or why does anyone does that (putting a SL order makes more sense) but the fact is that is possible. Maybe on his account he couldn’t. I haven’t seen the videos, so I don’t know what to expect. My question is, is banning the right path here? Maybe he’s just convinced that he can’t because on his side he really can’t. This is my only account. I just started to get more engaged in the forum because...Ignored
Demo/Real account is not the issue here. The issue is that in his vedio he was trying to move the TP for a Sell trade above the Current Price, that is not allowed.
TP is a limit order, TP for a buy trade is actually a SELL LIMIT ORDER, and TP for a sell trade is a BUY LIMIT ORDER.
in my vedio i was able to move the TP for the BUY trade to a loss area which was above the current price, because TP for a Buy trade is a SELL LIMIT ORDER which is only allowed ABOVE the current price. And this was the case the was arguing and says it it impossible.
in his vedio he was trying to move the TP for the SELL trade which is a BUY LIMIT ORDER to a higher area above the current price, which is invalid because BUY LIMIT must be below the current price.
Although he was accusing everyone of being a scammer, I don't think he was banned, he was marked as "Commercial User" because he was trying to sell (scam) users on other threads. see here https://www.forexfactory.com/thread/...6#post15472626.
