NQ is behaving as expected. Price is moving up and it should continue up.
So with NY OR, I'll look for a buy position. Target is in the chart.

From TA perspective, NQ is just consolidating waiting for a signal to complete the year end target of 26600-26800.
The chart shows two options:
1- Aggressive;
2- Conservator
From FA perspective:
1- End of UD shutdown;
2- Serious cracks in the private creditors; risk might expand to all banks. This is explaining the resistance to move up in US equities.
