I think this will be a micro pullback day. May end up with a D shape balance if it is not aggressive. If it does this today and just builds up the point of control-tomorrow could be a move above or below the value areas.

Finally properly swept that low so I scalped long.

Done for today. Why mess around and give it back? Right? I'm sure there will be other setups. We may rotate yesterdays value instead of todays. Have to watch it.

Notice that rounded bottom pattern on the 1 min? Let's see if we can stay above the vwap. Testing it now.

Rotating in yesterdays value. We could have a break to find new value today.

Pre market scalp was a loser. I bought and then noticed it was a bear flag almost. lol Lost 10 points. Sold on open for 10 points with additional contracts so I hit my target. Done for today.

Looks like we are searching for lower value but it's still early.

Well yesterday broke the previous day's range and made an ugly profile. I'm not sure what to call it. A retarded capital B. Now we're rotating in the center of yesterdays value. We almost have a P shape so far.

Bullish options flow on NQ

Scalp short. Took a little heat but hit the target.

Previous sell area. The blue line above is an area of interest.

My best advice to the scalpers on NQ is to take the stupid obvious trades. Don't always think you know what's going to happen. Sometimes you're right but you may also be lucky. Don't be so rigid that you only take a particular setup. If volume and delta are there and you get momentum-scalp it.

Trading above the previous days value areas. We have CPI data today.

I just checked and we have a lot of bearish options flow.... Markets were up on good talks between China and US. I'm thinking we end up lower today.

2 shorts and 1 long. Targets hit.

I really thought price was going back down to vwap before the climb.

The 5min opening range break has been good this week. I checked it. I will have to pay attention to that next week.

Thin are. I was sure there would be single prints but they wouldn't really count seeing as they must be done on the A session of RTH. Regardless this are can be worked through.

Has the volume been on the low side for you today?

I will have to take a closer look. I know it got really thin prior to CPI.

If I was smart I would have the volume bar by bar instead or in addition to delta.
