S5 update for the week. S4 only one trade opened thus far.

Hi Gene, hi All,
I am running The Manager V8, Strategy4 since last week wednesday (untouched).
Following you will find a screenshot of the actual situation.
Beforehand i want to write down some of my findings and improvement ideas.
In general, the entries are fine, as they are based on pure price action, as price has to close above a previous high on the 1h timeframe.
Of course there will be losers and the logic handles them by adding trades when it's probable that price is going to return into the direction of the original trade.
Sometimes, when there are ranging conditions, the EA starts "piling" trades in a quite narrow price range. This can be beneficial if price starts to move in the desired direction, but if it doesn't the progression of trades is trapped in quickly growing drawdown. My idea is to use some kind of filter like a minimum distance between trades to reduce the risk of piling trades in such situations.
The swings of the account being in profit and drawdown were quite large throughout my testing period. Taking out profit in form of basket closures might limit the drawdown and provides a more constant increase of the account balance. I am aware that such logic aould also reduce potentially large profits when the EA catches a bigger trend, but i think the reduced drawdown is worth it.
I read Gene is working on a version which can close baskets of trades and automatically restart the trading activities without manual intervention.
I am excited about that feature and to test the next version of th EA.
