This is not good advice. Especially if the person taking it doesn't know how to identify when momentum is slowing. This advice in my oppinon can lead to fomo, and hope trading. Fomo thinking you can still get in, and hopeing price will turn back into what you thought was the momentum. Now if the higher time frames show S/R below... then continue, but shorting every level is like folks who bought every level on the bull run only to get ripped in the turn.

Perhaps you should re read my post. Even if it does go there. This is not good advice. I have advised CAUTION to longs, and my targets have been hit.
Also... my big picture was that we would go sideways off of that 4hr Doji. Sideways means some down... some up.

I think you may have taken that too personally. It wasn't. It was about the adivice, This forum has a lot of new people learning. To tell a newbie that every time price levels out to sell is less than desireable. Especially without confluence. My opinion of course....

For me, I consider it SR. I take the high-low period (example: 5 or 10 H1) and divide it into 1/2, 1/4, 1/8.

1HR chart shows Bearish rejection and indicision candles. My current target is 142.2


UJ faded off the S/R. UJ and ES500 have been hand in hand past few weeks, so ES may join on the lows. If UJ continues sideways on the `15m this will improve those odds.

@obsaymkmoney—- can u tell me why u think downward momentum is fading, i dont use complex jargon’s or million trendlines, LH was 158… so simply LL will be below 139.56… simple… short any uptick

I then went on to say that ES and UJ have been hand in hand. So ES MAY join on the lows.

IF UJ continues to go sideways those odds improve.
As you can see my charts are clean. Could be a language barrier. To fade off something, means to move away from it.

Also you don't seem to understand what I initially said, and appear to be more concerned with proving that the move down isn't over. I at no point said that the move to the south on UJ was over. I don't know that it is.. or isn't at this point. I do know that there is a gap above that needs filling. My comment was directly pointed at the fact that you said to KEEP SHORTING EVERY LEVEL. To a new person such a bold statement from a message board they deem to be filled with knowledgeable people, could possibly intice them to short every level just because the previous one was short. That is not good trading advice. I have been wrong, and have the charts on her to prove it. I will be wrong about my predictions in the future. I can't control that. What I can control though is what kind of advice I give to people starting out.

Moving SL into profit, first target 5373. That indicision candle. If we print below it I will add.

i no longer trade looking for support and resistance. It may seem so because I use those levels in my trading jargon, but I actually look for areas of liquidity. Areas on the chart with no or few wicks. This is where you will find people's stop loss orders. On this 4hr chart many people sold this level shown below and their stop loss orders are just waiting for a large firm to drive price up there and take them out. Last week when I called for price to peak below the HL area I was searching for bullish stop orders. They were taken out. We have all been in these trades, we just didn't know what was happening. Trades where we are going great.. in the money and the pips are looking so good we just know it is going to keep going. Only for it to turn on us, take out our stop loss.. and then go in the dirrection we initially thought. Or... it continues going wrong and because at one point we were in such a possitive position we think the trade will come back. The body of these 4hr candles are getting smaller and flatter. Momentum is slowing. Will it pick up again? It might, but I would require serious confirmation because we are at an area of resistance, and as I mentioned I am looking for price to take out those stop loss orders. I work in a hedge fund. These are the tricks the pros use. You can be prey. or predator. Both eat... but I prefer the latter.
