A similar chart for SP500 with the single yellow asterix placed 16 bars from the point where blue channel cma32 turns up. The difference between this and bitcoin is that the white channel cma128 doesn't need to turn down, as you can see. This means price will stay above the white flip line meaning that price is free to move higher immediately. (assuming my channel projections are close to accurate)

Hello, my name is Sean, and I am new to cycle trading. I have done some analysis on some markets and found a couple of what I think, are cycles. I'm ready for some critique so shoot me with what you got! BTC seems to make cycle lows every 60 days with a possible 30 day half cycle low. Gold seems to make 20- and 30-day cycle lows the 20 days being the most common with an average length of 25 days. SP500 seems to make 30- and 40-day cycle lows with again, a possible half cycle low in between. EUR/USD seems to make 50-day cycle lows, but this one was...
Identifying those cycles is of use and I also use them in my overall analysis but the key driver of price is the underlying trend. Identify and trade the direction of the underlying trend whilst using the smaller cycles to time your trades more precisely.

On Bitcoin daily it's the aqua cma256 with the white cma128 is the smaller cycle used to improve your entries/exits.
Some of the cycles I keep an eye on are of a planetary basis - Ignore the price action, it's an old screen shot that I've not bothered updating price (as I have to reposition the date lines which is a hassle), the dates are key, you can check out price action on the dates listed - some are hit and miss This year we have 2 such cycles due - of the 2 the OCT date is the more Important, but you just never know what will happen - As it says on the chart it ought to be some kind of LOW point - time will tell, Last time this occurred was late 1994 - this...

Not all twists and turns are accounted for, they are subject to "other" things
Such as the Jan 2022 HIGH? = You can work that out 2 ways, you can take the OCT 2002 SP500 price LOW of 768, reduce it to 76.8 (move a decimal!) multiply by the number of days in a month = 30.47 = 2339 use this as CAL days from the Oct 2002 low and you'll see the sequence! OR you can simply take the SP500 March 2009 LOW price of 666 and use it as a WEEKLY count = 666 weeks or 13 years
This is serious hocus pocus with converting price and time, but it worked! and shows that the markets are not quite as simple as they should be
The 2022 LOW came out of 2 counts - 1 was Larry Williams standard static OCT 4 year cycle due and 2, as the great WD Gann mentioned "The Master Time Cycle" being the 60 year cycle was due from the 1962 LOW
In the chart below I have split the 60 year cycle HARMONICALLLY as per Gann's logo/Emblem - you can be under no doubt at all why Gann had this emblem, oh and a couple of pretty terrific hits of that 60 year cycle! (PS I have gone down to the 45 & 60 degree split of the cycle too, as well as Gann's 90 and 120 deg split)
and they say markets are random!
As I have said the next few years should be fairly juicy in terms of swings, volatility and whatnot - We are entering an unstable period which should sort itself out by 2028
Now what I didn't mention in the prior post was that the Spring 2026 dates also align with a massive WAR cycle - this is why we are hearing about war these last few years, the build up - Technically the supply of weapons to Ukraine and Israel is enough of a scrape to justify USA involvement in a war, but for my personal satisfaction of the cycle we really need to see USA boots on the ground for this cycle, again this planet is currently FORMING one of those touches of the circle from Gann's emblem - Yes its a planet, they are not up there going around the sun for no reason!
