It might, but it is high in the move. I'm not saying it will not happen, but there would need to be some very strong buyers to move up from that high in the move. If it was me, I would be watching 15/5/1 for price action to support a move up from that FVG.

The EURUSD reached the expected 1.0500-1.0514 area and is currently trading in an upward trend, just above the support zone of 1.0461-1.0467. If it pushes past the resistance, it could climb to 1.0534, and with a solid breakout, it might hit 1.0573, though the 100-day moving average around 1.0550 (seen on the daily chart) may block further gains. On the other hand, if sellers take control and break below 1.0461-1.0467, the next level to watch is 1.0441-1.0414.

Expectations can "lie" some times. Now you learned the lesson, just be ready on lower timeframes (like 1H) where you can see price making higher highs and higher lows in an uptrend or the opposite in a downtrend clean.

  1. 1.0500, 1.0510: nearest resistance.
  2. 1.0480, 1.0500: Psychological barrier decisive breakout here could target 1.0532.
  3. 1.0532, 1.0575, 1.0600, 1.0624: Major hurdle.

Support:

  1. 1.0484,1.0480,1.0466,1.0453: Nearest supports.
  2. 1.0440,1.0401, 1.0396, 1.0374:
  3. 1.0365, 1.0355, 1.0350: Critical zone.
