The US Federal Reserve's decision to cut interest rates in a hawkish manner strengthened the US Dollar and weakened the Euro. The pair has been trading below the 1.0400 level, indicating a bearish trend. For now 1.0400/06 caps and EURUSD is expected to drop to 1.0331 next. From the other a rise above resistance will open the way for some higher at 1.0425.

I try to get in positions before the news according the expectations but I am not always in a trade and I use a stop loss to exit before news if the view is wrong. I may use different strategy from times to times because the market allows me to do it.

My theory - price will move above 1.0400 before the new york cut inorder to avoid the options from getting exercised.

Hey mates good afternoon!

I fell asleep before the news, I was not aware of the news, That's good I was not involved in any trade, Thanks Allah swt And then when I looked, EU had fallen into hell, And I had 1.0348 trendline support, I thought EU didn't get here so soon, But i was wrong! Anyway I am still confused, Will analyze and share, Soon!

H1: This is the trendline support I mentioned above!

Based on H4, My current view in H4, I have 2 trendline resistances that are also aligned with the FIB, First 1.0452 (0.382), Sec 1.0486 to 1.0490 (0.5) & 1.0520 (0.618)

i have 0439 if we get there. Currently on sideline and have closed my scalp long at 0400 already
