Elant Currency Extremes - This is your edge

Hello all friends, my name is Antony Famulari. I have been studying the markets since 2008 and after 15 years i have learned only one thing: money is made at the extremes. Behind the extremes lies a profit opportunity. From next year, for the first time, i have decided to share my tools so that everyone can take advantage of these opportunities.

There are many indicators on the internet that separate currencies and attempt to determine extreme values, they simply don't work ! In Italy they say that necessity is the mother of all inventions, i would also add disappointment. With TradingView I can share my indicators with a monthly subscription and 7 days free trial. I will never reveal the code out but i am happy that everyone can trade like me.

Description

Elant Currency Extreme tries with great humility to determine the real extremes of a currency. Despite all the limitations that we small private traders may have, this is an algorithm that really offers us a competitive edge in the difficult world of Forex: with this tool trading is not a losing game.

Elant Currency Trend associates all currency combinations, if the line is above zero the trend is positive, if the line is below zero the trend is negative.

Entry rule

When we have two currencies at the extremes let's prepare now is the time to make money :
A currency is overbought if it is above 200
A currency is oversold if it is below -200

Stop loss : 5/6 units of ATR
Take profit : X units of ATR or when price touch SMA/EMA (from 60 to 120 periods) or when Elant Currency Trend back to 0

Examples

Every day I will post new images and examples, for now let's start with these :

In this post we see the Elant Currency Trend indicator in action. When the line is greater than zero we have a positive trend, otherwise a negative one.
When currencies reach extreme values we can prepare for a reversal, therefore a return towards the central axis (zero line).

Euro becomes oversold going below -200
New Zealand dollar becomes overbought above 200
I form the EUR/NZD pair and prepare for a reversal.

Trading is a game of probability, we must open a position when we know we have a positive long-term mathematical expectation. Short-term variance will cause positive and negative trades to alternate. The important thing is the certainty of the future expected value.

Let's see an example of a losing position: the purple line is the JPY and goes overbought, the weakest oversold opposite currency is the Australian dollar (blue line)
I form the AUD/JPY pair and buy, i calculate the stop loss with volatility, at the time of the 20-period ATR trade it measures 0.48.
6 units of ATR = 0.48 * 6 = 2.88
The closing price of the bar that triggered the signal is 99.83 - 2.88 = 96.95
This is my stop loss level

Several bars after my stop another interesting opportunity forms : GBP/CHF
but we will see this profit opportunity tomorrow.

Hello friends, when the pound becomes oversold we have two overbought currencies, the yen and the Swiss franc, naturally we must choose the currency with the greater or lesser value. In the next few days we will also see another indicator to determine the extremes: Elant Volatility Extreme which we can use on Forex but also on Stocks.

Elant Volatility Extreme is an algorithm that tries to determine an extreme of volatility, a low-risk and statistically profitable moment.
Elant Oversold/Overbought identifies the overbought and oversold of a stock.

Entry rules for Long :
1) The price must touch the lower volatility band
2) Elant Volatility Extreme < 3
3) Mansfield Relative Strength > 0
4) Blue histogram revealing oversold
5) R Squared > 0.11



Entry rules for Short :
1) The price must touch the higher volatility band
2) Elant Volatility Extreme > 7
3) Mansfield Relative Strength < 0
4) Red histogram revealing overbought
5) R Squared > 0.11

Hello friends, let's imagine we want to work with Canadian or German or French or English or Italian stocks. We just need to change the reference index in the Mansfield Relative Strength indicator. For example Toronto Dominion Bank, Canadian stock so we use the TSX as a reference index.

Extreme values for the New Zealand Dollar and the US Dollar. Excellent value opportunity on the H1 timeframe

When the pound enters overbought and the yen oversold we form the GBP/JPY pair and prepare for a reversal.
Then the pound enters oversold and the Australian dollar comes into overbought we form the GBP/AUD pair and prepare for a reversal.

Hi, sure.
For now I have only presented the indicators.

Welltower is a real estate investment trust that invests in healthcare infrastructure.
WELL is doing better than the S&P500 as we can see from the Mansfield Force the line is above zero.
We have a volatility extreme so a Long opportunity.
The uptrend started in May 2023.
This is a weekly chart (the best for stock market opportunities because it eliminates all the noise of the daily) the volatility extreme has formed on the lower band of the channel, the first target is a return to the central axis formed by a 40-period linear regression.
The stop loss is calculated with 3 units of ATR (20 period)

It is very important when using indicators to know the predictive power, the time frame within which we have a statistical advantage.
Elant Volatility Extreme has a predictive power in a range of 4 to 6 bars.
There is no indicator that has an infinite predictive power, so I expect a reversal within 3 weeks on WELL.
Knowing the time frame of our indicators we can also use a time stop. When I enter I want an immediate reversal, at the fifth bar I close the position if it has not yet reached the target freeing up capital to allocate to another opportunity.

Hello traders, the pound is heavily oversold and the Australian dollar is going above 200.
We are at 197 if it closes above 200 it goes into overbought so I will go buy GBP/AUD
On futures we can start working this heavy oversold of the pound by analyzing the volumes, if professional money is absorbing supply and there are anomalous volumes it means they are accumulating.

Hello traders, today I worked this oversold on the US dollar.
The strongest opposite currency was the Swiss Franc and then the Australian Dollar. So on forex the interesting exchange rates were USD/CHF and AUD/USD for an aggressive contrarian. Aggressive because the opposite currencies are not in an extreme but we only had the dollar in oversold but by analyzing the volumes on the futures it is possible to evaluate only the oversold/overbought ones.
