LO Earlier formed Down Trend but Price did not break down yet after Open & Consolidation ( Fake & Shake )
Now we must wait and watch how NY play IF Price still can't break it down @15M Before US Red News Release

...just hanging around for the data. 76.4% of that 3413 p/back hi y/day (before the big drop from there,) - y/day's lo move reached @ current dly hi. Price is again above last wk's 3340 hi,and the 2nd upside b/o of the Asian hi remains true so far.

...speaking of that bearish engulfing on dly t/f y/day...anyone entering @ it's close and looking for a 1:2 risk:reward with stop above it, will need to see price reach 3069, and on a 1:1 R:R 3189.

Yes I see your point but isn't Daily saying after 30 minutes to one hour after LO you take a trade and can be very profitable going by his own experience? Doesn't always happen but if your patient will be successful.
Maybe I'm missing something but that's what I thought he said

Or was he just talking about this LO and not every LO?

I have no argument with what you have just quoted in isolation, but you need to go back to his first comment in response to a discussion regarding GU Daily engulfing pattren being reliable.
This was his comment. i asked what time frame

It is about the candle because people have to consider the situ at hand, unlike what you're saying about fixed perimeters. Im not arguing either way.
