If rate is cut by 0.25 and Jerome uses hawkish tone then we may see EU melting down if opposite Happens then the situation could be quite opposite

If the market has over-anticipated the rate cut and is already pricing in a weaker dollar, then a sell-off in EUR/USD could happen after the news if the dollar strengthens again.
