USDX with a gap on the 4HR, ascending trendline, etc. Probably going to see a movement to at least cover the gap and make a bounce off the TL before more dollar decline. Set your short term EURUSD expectations for a quick drop followed by a continued bullish trend. However, we have a solid double bottom there, so a full mid to long term reversal is possible.

Yesterday after the release of US retail sales data, there was pressure on the USD, ahead of the Fed cut rate the price is now crossing the middle band on H1, expected to continue movement within the market range.

For today and based on H4, all I care is: Can bulls keep price above 1.1105-ish levels?

  1. If yes, we go higher to complete my potential shark pattern.
  2. If no, this pair can stay choppy for some time and therefore I would stay out!

easy 0.25 go down, 0.5 go up, but the big pigs make the move allready, mostly last friday. so don't expect crazy things.

Pre-FOMC Outlook

  1. From here on forwards, 1.1132 area is the bottleneck that bulls have to defeat. Then we can see new highs!
  2. If bulls fail, 1.1111 would be my next focus area and if that breaks I have 1.1090 area and finally 1.1075 area based on my circle projection.
