price got whacked at the wHigh, pushed the stop up to catch the pop but it got run over, if re-entry to value is rejected buyers have it but i'm not in it yet

when there is no 'discount', a bet each way, at lt value, with no stop (my bad habit) , its fun until one runs ( i need to quit it)

eur/gbp buy, nothing else open

got chopped out for a few when it failed to launch for the sixth?? time, but decent buying going at lows, the sellers at 8440 might crack , slow going though , will try catch another dip

e/g still struggling , after hitting the high 6 times still cant run i went short, long shot for a return to the buyers 8422, provided it doesnt rebound here
traded chop for a few pips , flat again

end of week one, flat for 126, 26% in a week!

still watching e/g , stuck some cheeky scalps in case is breaks. the selling at the highs is heavy so the longer it fails the more likely it is to drop. maybe news tomorrow will get it moving.

other than e/g not much on the radar, some jpy pairs at extended highs, but not to keen to short a high yield

e/g up finally, out for the day with 6pips so far, disappointing as the idea was for long but shorts looked strong, should have accumulated on the dips , maybe next time



may end the adventure with e/g from here with this formation possible, provided buyers turn up that is.
now to look for a new pair...

was busy during asia, euro session had a try at a short ( bad spot) but out for 0

got on a short later at extension point, thinking it could push down to major low support at 8400 , my stop will get hit before that, if i manage to short again will see

The biggest USD/CHF strike expiries are on Tuesday at 0.8615-20 on $1 billion, Wednesday at 0.8600 on $750 million, Thursday at 0.8455 on $784 million and Friday at 0.8550 on $660 million.

didnt have much time to look today, two attempts to sell , one for 0 the other for 5 pips, closed it out early as it didnt drop fast enough, 8460 was the target though so missed 10 pips

usd on sale right now, news soon, some scenarios i might try

busy week, distracted with things, havent had much screen time , down 6 pips, had a good read but need to hold a bit longer

hindsight trading, missed it by about 10 minutes, double tap on the yLow, extracted a monster 3 pips

chfjpy looking like it might be worth try at 165.50

another case of right idea , bad execution, was buying managed to get +3 pips out of all this, only to have to go out for a few hours and miss the final run.. OH WELL




may try short the whigh or wopen on a retest

got some pips back selling wopen, will put an alert for 165.90 to see if buyers come back, would be good if it is sitting there at asia open otherwise i might miss it; I usually dont put open orders as i cant see price action as it approaches

had enough of chf/j for a week, one big run covered the rest, pft , account at +22.5%

this is an exercise in making sure i stick the a plan and dont go betting each way at value with no stops

DCA is a SCAM unless you are high freq and exploiting value, but maybe you are not that smart? or maybe you are happy with 2% a month

people who hindsight call are bored SCAMMERS, scammers who want your money are KIND , be careful out there

people buying 500 lots of gold on CFDs are very questionable! thank you



edit : out for +5 will see if someone starts to smash again and maybe get on, YHigh is 'liquidity' it could be blasting though or someone big steps in... watch your fingers
