Sorry I missed your post. My trading has improved a lot because of the direction concept DMD1, DMD2 taught by Nora. I do not use F5 setups anymore, but I still use her DMD1/DMD2 concept combined with Engulf for entry in GBPUSD pair. I think F5 setups are also Engulf in higher timeframe. Still trying to refine this method and improve my risk management and fix my internal issues related to discipline, consistency, fear/greed, confidence, etc. Long long way to go for me.
Just by itself, winrate is 50%, but with multitimeframe winrate is 90%

how to find or know DBD OR RBR DBR RBD , I can not understand how to watch that or how to define it ?

I recommend following everything he does. That's what i do.
I dont use Danger zone SNR at all.
I only use Double maribozu and Engulf.

Why did you decide to stop using F5 setups was it because you think the engulfing method you are using now is better? Or?
