We can only speculate, the MMs will always move the market to where it suits them, and we are trying to understand,
I don't think DXY will stay down for long -
1. DXY is supported by several parameters,
2. If the range in the market remains narrow, it should start to rise,
3. There are no economic/political reasons for the Euro and Pound to become much stronger against the Dollar and change the structure (Europe and US are swimming in the same swamp now),
4. DXY general trend is still up,

You should wait for next week to join long after pullback.

Got hit yesterday. Sold EJ for a loss and it did what you said. Was really pissed at myself for not holding my shorts. Its ok though I just have to have more confidence in the process.

You have to get over that, quickly!
Otherwise you are going to take it out on the market.
That EJ trade is not easy to execute because of the strict MM which you are under.
There will be more chances, lots of them!

It probably will go lower but gold likes the 38.2 retracements.

Yea its put me in a paralyzed state where now I am scared to make a move. Just have to wait for a better set up to make it back and gain some confidence back. Mental game and being under the prop firm its a challenge with the rules. I see gold in the golden zone for buyers at some point so I could see an up way but when idk. Like you said 95-90 does seem good.
