The 50 bar sma fair value on daily and 100 bar sma seem like reason targets for professionals to support if they truely want higher prices from here.

Agreed with you, but some analysts think that BoE could hike directly to 6%. And actually the market think the same... That's why this monster is actually so big...

Ces, i covered my heavy scalps, smaller positions still in play let it ride,
IB downtime kinda sucks but what can u do, would of liked to hold them but not worth the risk, with market unavailable

I've just cut most of the trades, losers in GU, winners in GJ and UJ, tiny positions left on the run. Will return them when broker is back.

Odds favour choppy hours ahead with Europe closing, so this strategy makes sense.

Keep me posted in case you see a Mercedes at the gas station today.

IBFX I thought you had to pay for a data feed or have I been completely mistaken?

They were a broker that looked good and have a trailing stop feature which I need.

Is it a free account?

1-) Pay the data feed? Don't know what you mean.

2)- Damn trailing stop is client-based. So you gotta let the system running. In GFT, for instance, it is server based.

4)- Free account? Don't know what you mean.

I've left all longs open. Stops should be wide enough to cover a 10 hour bore gap.

opened a short hedge off the 4 hr gbp pin par, I expect any movement will be in this pair.


In other news an under cover Al Quaida hit squad was captured planting their latest car bomb in Hyde park earlier today.

EL, yea free service MT4 is great platform also, and if u want to create ascii or want dde server that is doable as well

You IBFX? If so, The stops are not going in, in case the market moves. That's the reason of my dilema.... Otherwise I would let them to run, too...

Or am I mistaken, 4 minutes too late?

As far as I was aware hard stops are held server side, only trailing stops are held on your computer

Told you I was mistaken! So no charges to pay for the account

So with the trailing stop I have to keep the IBFX screen open and my computer turned on constantly. As soon as I turn off the PC no more trailing stop?
