You need to face the truth!
You will never change anything if You can't face the truth!
You see, You have the knowledge, the understanding, but Your actions are far, far from Your knowledge.
It may be possible that Your emotional construction prevents You from acting according to Your knowledge.
And changing Your actions, behaviours, can be a very long process, or may even be impossible.
