DAX short +21 pips, 20 pip bricks - some noise before 800 zone(10 pip brick chart) may reverse progress so took the pips!

Back to it today, missed a major correction at the start of the week, 20 pip bricks:

I've never traded US100, but I have traded US30. Personally I use 20 pip blocks of non gap Renko (40 pip reverse block) with a 10 pip chart as well to avoid noise. The US30 can be more volatile than the DAX40, a lot of movement which can give false signals which is why I would use a large brick. Cheers, Dave

I have done some scalping using renko and the results is very good.

Renko = 3 pips (box size)

EMA(8)

BUY
Wait pullback to EMA and go long in the engolf.
Be carefull with the sequence of trades in the same trend. I only go into the 2nd. pullback. More than that is dangerous and maybe the trend is finishing.

SELL
The same in the opposite side.

Stop Loss: 2 box.
Take Profit: 2 box.

Do not be greedy.

i'm using 339 and is working well.
I have a little problema maybe a bug, he open trader outsider of time range.
Time Filter : Statud don't trade but he open new order.

Hi Forexgrh, yes it gets a bit lonely sometimes! I don't mind too much, I like quiet! I put up a few trades to highlight the use of this format of Renko chart which I really like and have been using for a few years now. I tend to trade DAX, occasionally US30, I used to trade currencies but hardly ever now. I can usually make some pips from the DAX each day which is fine by me.
