This forexmusic site is a blast lol. A lot of useful tips and tracks in the topic.
I also tend to shuffle and bounce between a lot of different tunes, but I found the oldschool drum and bass when dealing with shorter timeframes quite useful. Chillout/lounge music when browsing news, checking out macroeconomic indicators and looking at larger timeframes can help you wrap your head around what you are reading or browsing.
Lots of lyrics and melodies jumping around can easily hurt my focus, that's why I like the repetitive rhythms and predictable tracks.

Rocky George is one of my favorite guitar players of all time. Right up there with Randy Rhoads, Dimebag Darrell, Zakk Wylde, Joe Satriani, etc. He played with Suicidal Tendencies in the 80's and 90's, and went on to play with Cro-Mags and then Fishbone later on. He was a big influence on me with my guitar playing back when I started as a little kid in the early 90's.



His solo in ST's "How Will I Laugh Tomorrow" is one of the best guitar solos I've ever heard in my life.
