TheTrailing PIN must be used for Exit Only and not for entry.
I suggest to use your first channels, (for example from 1 to 4) to Entry signals only and the rest (from 5 to 9) to Exit related signals.
The Trailing PIN work with opposite signals, in whatever channel is assigned. Personally, I would never use the PIN channel # 1 to connect the Trailing PIN, because I use the PIN Channel #1 to connect the MUX for Entry signals in agreement.
From your screenshot, I do see that you still have empty channels available, that you can assign to the Trailing PIN, for example for PIN Channel # 4. After the new channel is assigned and connected with your Trailing PIN, please do not forget to Activate the Exit Trigger (example on PIN Channel # 4), as "true (opposite signal)" as it is shown on the previous screenshot that banghoki kindly shared.
