just want to share , that line is 15m swing low and get break , 5m order block created a ITH.
then market retest fvg there and drop.
since market is holiday mode, cannot stay too long in Market .
i am lucky to get out at EU and US30 giving me extra at NY.

some simple nasdaq analysis
w1: took out bsl and heading down to ssl
d1: the 3rd day of 3 bar swing high broke a market structure, forming a doji on the 4th day
h1: bounce up from fvg. above is d1 fvg where it is in the premium market of the current dealing range

some said that psychology and money /risk / trade managements are much, much more important than super accurate trade entries?
do you agree?
i reckon so.
even with not so accurate trades entries, one can still end up winning with the proper executions of the 2 pillars above.
then why most traders still focus on super accurate trade entries?
is there such a thing in the first place?

but psychology first right?

my 2 cents

Having 2 Mindsets

  1. Daily chart mindset (If you are directional bearish price swing – majority will be down closes instead of up closes)
    - Every up candle (or multiple) is a selling opportunity
    - Target old lows or previous days lows
  2. Intra day chart mindset (Power of 3 – accumulation, manipulation, distribution)
    - Expect a false move above the opening price
    - Smart money will be selling into the false move higher, then bring it down lower, but not necessary into the close. all you need is the move down.

with the above, i don't think i have much to offer going forward.

everything is in the 2022 ICT mentorship youtube video channel.
i had just finished the 41 episodes.
hope that i have help some traders in my own learning and interpretation of the channel.
it is really up to individual's hard work, time and effort to learn and to be disciplined and patient.

a reality check for newbies thinking that trading is simple and easy.
well, it is simple but not easy.
it is better that one starts off with a very small account and lose for 2 or 3 years, even 5 years, treating it as tuition fees
than winning big in the first few tries
it will give you the wrong notion that it is easy and you will be sucked into playing on bigger lot size.
many blown accounts to follow.

the road leading to trading journey will be a long and winding one.

probably i will appear once a day to say hello.

m5 beautiful setup at zone so I dive in m1

I really liked the pattern made by price action in m1 so as sooner as the Candle that made the stop run on previous high turned red/blacb I jumped in with tight SL of 2pips. My TP also very tight because its a quick scalp not need big moves... 2 pips SL 12pips TP so with comission and spread is around 5R, enough for the day risking 0.5%

It was in confluence also with the channel I had so TP mainly match the mid range thats why very tight (12pips)
