I lost scouts on that move too and made that last trade as well. weird feel today. Seems like theyre playing in the Eurocable like friday. Do you still watch the 3k's and crosses or are you mainly using usdx for overall market view?

just to show the other stuff i use for my trade decisions, i find it so useful when you are not sure as a secondary confirmation.

i am lazy so i only use USDX or DXY now (i can hear fti telling me off now), what a coincidence i posted that above as you were just asking about it.

hope you catch some good pips this week, i am around if you need to contact me my friend.

Well if its any consolation, I did ask fti about the usdx and he told me it was good to use for direction. Imho it pretty much tells the same story but the 3k's and crosses have more detail about whats happening. like friday and today something's cooking in E/C

Hi Dustin

i agree about USDX as an overall picture, but if it is not moving and your traded currency is then you can still know where to look for what may be causing it, also i find when the clocks move the 2 weeks difference it takes for everyone to change their times around the world is often weird to trade with price often doing strange things, having said that there is a lot going on for G/U this week with a new PM yet to tell us his plans, BOE rates, US FOMC, rates and NFP, Europe is also in a mess with the war thing affecting everything from food to heating ect.
just have to find trades where we can at times like this, it is not an easy job as we all know at times.

Yesterday euusd played nice. Then we had a pullback to long due to news coming up so they played with that. At this time eurgbp went long . Eurusd had trouble going short after that trying to clear prior day long but when it cleared it , it ran freer. Boy iy was tedious for a while building up for the run I guess.

If I remember right euro index went long due to news so it had to turn short too.

ok 1st of the month so account is reset to the base amount i use and i only have 11 units at my disposal, so first job is to collect some F/Cap, as safely as possible to give me more power to compound some of my trades.

trade from above....holding in H1 consolidation for now.

news due in about 25mins so time to prep the charts so we know where everything is IF there is a good move, i have done G/U and E/U for others to compare with their own thoughts on it.

we may have to wait for the conference to get a possible chance at another trade, things look as expected so was priced in, real traders are cashing out hence the move holding high out of their positions in G/U, backed up by action in USDX..

took the algo out though on this first part.....
