Could have entered first trade better ( How ? ) but second trade was a nice SB type pin off a level.

I have been using limit orders on signals (after they form) about 50% or so up/down (not exact because I just eyeball it) the previous bar. I miss some trades due to placement, but it is working for the better and I have eliminated many early SL trades.

Just quickly, your ma's especially blue seem to follow TF direction momentum okay, maybe you can do a deep study & incorporate as an extra confluence to determining better 'timing' for a proposed reversal trade (OR continuation, I see also).

I have no idea what parameters etc you ar using but they could well have kept you out of your buy trade which appeared much too early on just my simple assessment.

My second trade of the week. This time i picked the high well. RN, Time, PFH. Quick 25 pips. Could have doubled but price went to where the money was and further down. Happy with what i got.

Also gonna look to see if I can use the last two closes as a filter. Looking for two closes that are near each other. Then looking for a reason to do something above or below them. Anyone have any experience, or observations with configurations like this? Its not going to tell you the direction. But it does tell you to be on your toes. But what the hell does near each other mean? Not sure exactly. Would vary from pair to pair for sure.

Today i decided to quit the trading as i felt i am unfit even though i managed to control emotion , money management, etc etc
I understood its just one day profit next day loss and final i am in loss
Wasted time and money from past 6 year
I don't know third degree thinking or some XYZ Mind set
my suggestion all new traders who had third degree thinking should do trading

Did you try to understand yourself?
Did you explore various methods and accumulate knowledge before trading?
Did you just follow instead of thinking for yourself?

It's hard work.

Hi venkatredy, the problem its not you.
And the ´´third degree trader thinking´´ or ´´XYZ mindset´´ dont exist or is a big fallacy that some participants on the game want you to believe.
This game for us retail, its just about probabilities, nothing else.

Its impossible for us retail, to make a living from trading.
Its always necessary to have a first source of income to pay the bills and our lifestyle.
Some people are rich, some people have a business, others have a job or are retired, others have someone to support them, others sell courses or indicators, some people coach others, others write books and so on. Then, if we can be consistent, what comes from trading forex is always an extra. The key is to have a first source of income that supports our expenses and our lifestyle and trading forex as a hobby and who knows earn some money.

Another thing is, it doesn't matter if the trader uses lines, volume, candle patterns, other patterns, naked price, other indicators or stars in the sky.
It's the same thing for us retail traders, probabilities.

It's a cliché but its the true, based on the delayed information we have to trading, for us retail, the holy grail is beting small amounts, cutting losses fast and letting profits run. This is the hard part of trading, that´s why a very few succeed as retail traders.
Uncertainty of the market must be embraced and accepted.

Two losing trades where i couldn't identify the Lows. Kept at it and nailed the Lows. Three winning trades followed. Still learning. Had stop loss placed so wasn't too bad. Was not a revenge trade as i was 99% sure that the Low was somewhere near the Round Number. As soon as the structure was broken the trades were placed. Last one was at pullback. GBP pairs move well and if the Hs and Ls are identified it pays well. Again the two main ingredients are RN and Time. All other confluence(s) come second.

The intention of the price is the crux of the matter. The open and recalibration give us reference points. I always try to follow the market aggressors.
The market hides a perfect geometry.

Nah .. more like more $$ manipulation off a Red news data release. Had to send price way down so they could take some profit on the climb back.

Out of interest I had a look and noticed your eventual long had bounced off the ADR Low. ( Assuming I got the right part of your chart)
No help now of course but the ADR is always worth keeping an eye on -especially if it is near levels thus creating an "area" of interest.
